В рамките на последните дни 23.10 и 24.10, според правилата, са внесени и петте кандидатури за общо 5 члена на бюрото.
На 28.11.2013 г. са изслушани петте кандидати, като заседанието на комисията е на две части: публично и закрито. Кандидатите теглят въпроси и отговарят на тях, по предварително определен конспект.
